  • All vendor fees are tax deductible and support the Rotary Club of Dripping Springs and the Dripping Springs High School Scholarship Fund

  • All vendors will be located outside unless alternative arrangements have been made prior to the event

  • The vibe of the event is a casual, western rodeo that’s fun for the whole family (including older/middle school-ages children)

  • The theme is Back-To-School Rodeo - we will provide on-theme table clothes for your use during the event

  • If you are a non profit or promoting a service we ask that you have a simple kid-friendly craft/activities at your table to keep engagement up

  • Vendors can unload very close to where they’ll be setting up prior to parking for duration of the event.

  • Attendees are primarily families with children from 0 - 15

  • Attendees spend several hours at the event

  • There is a steady flow of attendees from 1pm on, it WILL get busy and we suggest that there are at least 2 people working each booth space throughout the event

  • Dripping Springs Distilling has an amazing menu, therefore we discourage and food vendors however treats like cotton candy and snow cones do very well

  • If you require electricity you’ll need to bring your own source of power

  • The event will take place RAIN OR SHINE!
