We will have a on-theme table clothes for your use. Please use them, thank you!

We strongly suggest bringing a shade tent even though there is a lot of natural shade. It’s also suggested that you bring weights for your tent even if it doesn’t appear to windy that morning.

You’ll have access to water/hose for set up and clean up.

If you require power you’ll need to provide your own generator.

If you have a cowboy/girl hat or anything else that is Western Rodeo themed please wear it! These seemingly small touches go a long way for branding the event and keeping excitement high. Thank you!
